Hi. I’m Paul, Invencion is my consulting business.
I work as a coach and senior brand adviser to executive leadership teams. I help them develop their brand strategy and vision, build brand competence, and create more brand-aware cultures. I also work in partnership with best in class agencies to tackle projects that require a deep strategic skillset.
I’ve led combined strategy, design and experience teams through major brand and innovation engagements from initial pitch through to transformed customer experience across 4 continents, worked with brands at all stages of their evolution from early stage startups through to Fortune 500 companies, and have done work that’s been recognized by the AIGA, D&AD and the Cannes Lions.
Prior to Invencion, I spent ten years at global brand consultancy Wolff Olins where I was a client principal and head of strategy. A member of their US management and global leadership teams, I had responsibility for agency strategy and digital innovation.
I hold a BA with honors in Marketing from Strathclyde University Business School, and an MBA with distinction from Lancaster University Management School.
